She then moved over to Warner Chappell Music Publishing, where she ultimately became Manager, Strategic Marketing, and pitched and negotiated the company’s catalog for use in advertisements, video games, and merchandising projects. After four and a half years with Warner Chappell, Mallory moved to Boulder, CO, to work as the Interactive Business Affairs Manager at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where she worked on a variety of award-winnings projects for clients including Old Navy, Microsoft, MetLife, American Express, Domino’s, and more.

She then returned to New York to work for Round Hill Music as their first Synch & Music Licensing hire, ultimately becoming Senior Director of Creative and managing the East Coast Synch & Licensing team while placing their songs in a variety of ads, TV shows, films, and video games and signing several artists to their roster, including Motopony, Avers, Graveyard Lovers, Animal Years, and Sleepy Kitty, among others.

Mallory then took on the role of VP, Creative Advertising at Hitcher Music, where she focused on pitching the company’s roster of artists and catalogs, including Pulse Music Group, for use in advertisements and branding projects while working with several of their songwriters and producers on creating original music to spec for sync projects. In February of 2018, she relocated from New York to Portland, Oregon, where she founded Maximal Music Sync, a full-service music synchronization company that specializes in sync representation for artists and catalogs, including PEN. Mallory was also one of the two founding Co-Chapter Chairs of the Portland chapter of Women In Music.

Mallory has landed many syncs across a variety of media, highlights of which include ads for JP Morgan Chase, Hershey's, Panadol, Revlon, Todd Snyder, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Nordstrom, film and TV projects including The Mend, Halt & Catch Fire, and Lucifer, and video games, including a promo for Forza Horizon 4 and in-game uses in franchises like Guitar Hero, Rocksmith, Grand Theft Auto and many more.
